If you are dissatisfied with your tutor or course quality, you may request a refund within 15 days of your payment date. Requests will be processed fairly and returned to the original payment method.
Students are expected to join sessions on time with a stable internet connection and audio/video ready. Tutors will wait up to 15 minutes before marking a session missed without prior notice.
If a student cannot attend a scheduled class, notify support or the tutor at least 4 hours in advance to arrange a makeup session. Makeup classes are scheduled based on tutor availability.
Plans operate on a monthly recurring schedule. Families may pause, change tutor preferences, or cancel their ongoing plan at any time before the start of the next billing cycle.
Both students and tutors must observe Islamic manners, respectful communication, and professional conduct during all live interactive classes.
Start with a free trial class, meet the tutor, and choose the next step with confidence.
